This spew-monger bears an uncanny resemblance to my Princess Ting. She holds a feline record in her weight class for volume (mass) and distance in the Spew-Hurling category. Her other talent is invisible biscuit-making.

Congratulations to Ting on her secret modeling career! Mrs Acilius and I have no idea how our dogs manage to sneak away from our sight and maintain their own very active careers as photo models on half the dog-themed products on the market, yet somehow they do. We were in Petsmart yesterday, and saw dozens of pictures of them.

Do you take Bingo to Petsmart?

Not often. We usually ride the bus when we take Phoenix there, and Bingo isn’t allowed on the bus. Besides, Bingo doesn’t seem to understand the concept of a service animal. When Phoenix is trying to work, Bingo keeps trying to get him to play.

How interesting! What is Phoenix’s reaction to a playful Bingo while Phoenix is working?

Phoenix is remarkably professional, even for a service dog. So when they are at home and Bingo tries to distract Phoenix while he is, for example, helping Mrs Acilius take her shoes off, Phoenix completes the task, enjoys Mrs Acilius’ praise, and only then does he peek at Bingo to see what he’s up to. But I doubt that even Phoenix would be able to keep his mind so completely on the job if he were in public, with the additional distractions.
