How is this a vision of hell?

I’m “joking.” It’s not a vision of hell. Unless the guinea pig on the left is a dark Satan. (Probably *loves* parsley.)

and if he’s got a soft spot for parsley, how could he be truly evil?

I suppose it could be a vision of Hell for those who hate soft, cuddly, furry things.

Parsley is known for its powers of good.

    Is this a riddle?

Imagine somebody that’s intensively A.-R. (anal-retentive) about not having the fur and fuzz off of animals, all over their house, blankets, furniture. Obviously for that person, this image could seem terrifying, signifying all their most dreaded nightmares, come to horrendous actualization. For that person, and perhaps for that person only, would this tableau be, indeed, truly, a … vision of *HELL*.

That reminds me of a TWILIGHT ZONE (I think) episode where the guy was anal about not having roaches (I think) in his house. He ended up being consumed by roaches, somehow.

Come to think of it, being anal about not having roaches in one’s house would be a good thing.

When I first saw the picture, the yellow guinea pig’s head seemed to be growing out of the cat’s side. So that would qualify as a vision of Hell, inasmuch as it would 1) violate our sense of individuality, and 2) be very uncomfortable for all concerned. When I looked more closely and saw that was not the case, I thought it might be a vision of paradise- “the lion shall lie down with the lamb,” etc.

I wouldn’t be surprised if scientists have grafted different animal species together, much like different fruit trees are grafted together.

I think I’ve heard about that.
