   Yes, CCC instruction should be a global campaign. It’s easier, safer, and more effective than traditional CPR, generally speaking. I made this post sticky- maybe a few people will see it.

   I liked it when they pointed out that you should not be afraid to help for fear of hurting the person, because if you don’t help chances are they are going to die.
