A ukulele teacher in Qatar

Via Ukulele Hunt (long may it wave,) “Mrs P,” a Westerner living in Doha, Qatar, reports that she has been giving ukulele lessons there.  Among her students are members of the royal family.

    I sometimes imagine I would be living in Qatar if I had a different life. I don’t know exactly why I chose Qatar.

    I think those members of the royalty should also be taught how to upload a ukulele video to YouTube. That would help me greatly in my ukulele & languages quest 😉

    @Cymast: I was very interested in Qatar for a few weeks when I was 12. I have no idea why, I noticed it on the globe and suddenly wanted to know all about it. There must be something magical about the place that seizes people’s imaginations that way.

    @Armelle: I agree! I’d love to see more Arabic-language uking.
